Nova Rhinestone Depot was conceived in 2008 by an apparel manufacturing company based in Los Angeles, California.
Our staff needed suppliers willing to provide a large variety and selection of garment supplies in small quantities for sampling purposes and later be able to provide the same product on a larger scale when those samples go into large scale production. We couldn’t find a single supplier matching our needs. We ended up creating NOVA shaped in the way we needed.
